Network Security Engineer - Firewall / Vulnerability Assessment

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in securing network infrastructure, managing security tools, and identifying and mitigating security threats.

This role will involve working with various security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS, and other network security measures to protect the organizations network from internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement robust network security solutions to safeguard the organizations infrastructure and data.
• Manage and configure firewall and VPN solutions, ensuring secure access to internal and external networks.
• Use various tools and protocols to identify potential security threats and implement effective countermeasures to mitigate risks.
• Configure and manage IDS / IPS systems to monitor network traffic and block malicious activities.
• Continuously monitor network activity and security events, reviewing logs and alerts to detect and respond to incidents.
• Conduct regular network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in the network infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and enforce network security policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with IT and other teams to implement security measures across all systems and networks.
• Provide regular security reports and incident response documentation to management.
