Creative Copywriter - Job Description
As a Copywriter, craft compelling messages that resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities :
- Conceptualize Creative Campaigns : Partner with the Designers and other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for a range of marketing campaigns.
- Multichannel Content Creation : Craft engaging, succinct and effective copy for various platforms such as advertisements, website content, social media, email campaigns and video scripts.
- Audience Insight : Deeply understand and analyze the target audience to tailor messages that resonate, considering both demographics and psychographics.
- Brand Voice and Consistency : Uphold and contribute to Kushal's brand voice and style guidelines to ensure a unified tone across all communication channels.
- CTA and Headline Creation : Generate impactful headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action that encourage desired audience interactions.
- Narrative Storytelling : Utilize advanced storytelling techniques to create content that not only informs but also emotionally engages the audience.
- Quality Assurance : Rigorously edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar and consistency.
- Feedback Integration : Incorporate constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders while preserving the integrity of the content’s objectives.
- Industry Awareness : Keep abreast of current industry trends and emerging communication strategies to continuously refine your contributions to the team.
- Team Synergy : Collaborate closely with teams to ensure that the visual elements of any campaign are in harmony with the written content.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field.Min 4 years experience as a copywriter in a creative team environment or similar role.Strong portfolio of script writing and showcasing a variety of writing samples across different platforms and styles.Excellent command of written English, including grammar, punctuation and style.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate ideas.Proficiency in using digital tools and software relevant to copy writing and content creation.Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
