MV - Deputy / Assistant Manager - Payroll

Join our HR team to lead end-to-end payroll operations for 12001500 employees.

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in payroll, compliance, and employee query resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage complete and timely payroll processing.
• Handle F&F, TDS, Form 16, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Resolve employee queries on salary, tax, bonus, incentives, and leave.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Drive process improvements and deliver MIS & CTC 79 years of payroll experience handling large teams.
• Proficient in GreytHR, Paypack (preferred).
• Strong grasp of payroll systems and statutory laws.
