Role : Product Engineering Manager

Experience : 15 to 18 years

Location : Chennai , Hyderabad

Work Mode : WFO

Budget : 30LPA - 35LPA Max

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Experience :

10+ years of experience in software development building web applications
4+ years of experience as engineering manager
4+ years of experience working in Lifescience domain
2+ years of experience in cloud technologies, AWS preferred
Proven track record in delivery of enterprise software product
Deep understanding of programming principles and design patterns
Strong expertise in web application development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and related frameworks, with extensive experience in utilizing the Agentic framework.
Extensive knowledge of SQL and non-SQL databases
Experience with agile development

Responsibilities :

Manage a team of software engineers in development, testing, and other functions, build, develop, retain, and motivate a high-performing team

Work with product management, cloud architecture, hosting operation, and other delivery functions to establish schedule, track progress, identify and remedy problems, and deliver product releases on time, within budget, and on scope

Be the "go-to" person, provide technical direction and business guidance to the team

Improve SDLC by suggesting practices that improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Work with product managers to ensure clear product requirements and optimal product design

Review and provide feedback on architectural decisions to ensure technical soundness

Establish, document and enforce quality processes within the software development team, including coding standards, code reviews, unit testing, and other standard operating procedures and work instructions

Serve as an escalation point for technical issues related to product releases or product delivery involving the managed team
