Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting D365 SCM modules to optimize supply chain operations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment of the SCM functionalities aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of D365 SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet complex SCM business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions within the D365 framework.
• Prepare detailed functional design documents, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Support data migration activities and coordinate testing including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and support teams.
• Work closely with technical teams for customization, integration, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SCM system issues post-implementation to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM features, releases, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and governance frameworks.
