Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Document detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet specific business needs, including customizing forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#.NET to extend CRM functionality.
• Integrate CRM with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and other third-party applications.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Integrate CRM with other systems using APIs, web services, and data integration tools.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Encourage user adoption of CRM and its features.
• Manage CRM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project Skills and Experience :
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Proficiency in C#.NET for plugin development.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization.
• Knowledge of data integration and migration techniques.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
