Associate PMO Executive

What will put you ahead : Customer facing abilities Excellent Tracking and Time management skills Excellent Analytical and Problem-solving skills Quick grasping abilities Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work with a large team Good Troubleshooting skills Ability to write clear documentation of operating procedures 1-3 years of project management and related experience (desirable) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Experience seeing projects through the entire life cycle Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Responsibilities : Building strong partnerships between various Stakeholders Determine and define project scope and objectives Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to meet the budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates consistently about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
