Job Description :

Novac Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations for a workforce of over 5,000 employees . The ideal candidate should have solid experience in salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI) , and team handling .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
• Handle end-to-end payroll for 5000+ employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Review and approve payroll inputs, outputs, and reports from the team.
• Oversee and guide the payroll team on PF, ESI, TDS , and other statutory components.
• Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and process knowledge.
• Ensure all statutory returns are filed within the due dates.
