Job Description :
Novac Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead payroll operations for a workforce of over 5,000 employees . The ideal candidate should have solid experience in salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI) , and team handling .
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Handle end-to-end payroll for 5000+ employees, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Review and approve payroll inputs, outputs, and reports from the team.
- Oversee and guide the payroll team on PF, ESI, TDS , and other statutory components.
- Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve escalations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Compliance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Train and mentor team members to improve performance and process knowledge.
- Ensure all statutory returns are filed within the due dates.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
4 to 7 years of hands-on payroll experience with at least 2+ years of team handling experience .Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll software, and statutory compliance .Experience in managing payroll for 5000+ employees .Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with payroll tools.Send your updated resume to sharmila_r@novactech.in
