Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth and ROI across our products / services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A / B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify high-performing strategies.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting to track performance metrics and campaign insights.
- Collaborate closely with content, creative, and product teams to align campaign messaging and creatives.
- Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, and trend identification to inform media strategies.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-efficiency across campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across paid media platforms.
Requirements :
3–4 years of proven experience in running and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting tools.Experience with retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Editor, and other relevant ad tech platforms.Excellent understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer acquisition strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Certification in Google Ads and / or Meta Blueprint is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in e-commerce, D2C, SaaS, or tech-driven businesses.Understanding of landing page design and user experience principles.Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.Job Type : Full-time
