Exp : 8+ Years

Work Mode : hybrid

Job Summary & Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise :

  • Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium + Java & any other commercial tools.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process.

Pre-Sales Skills :

  • Experience in test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.

    • Leadership and Collaboration :

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Overall 5+ years of experience in Automation testing
  • 3+ yrs of experience in selenium using C#
  • Should be very good with automation tool like Selenium WebDriver using C#
  • Expert in writing code using C#.
  • Should have development experience with C#
  • Experience in Rest API Testing using Restsharp is a plus.
  • Experience in API automation using Rest Assured framework is a plus.
  • Should be able to write test cases, execute test cases.
  • Should have experience working with Agile methodology.
  • Should have experience working with onsite offshore model.
  • Experience in creating frameworks like TestNG etc. from scratch using C#.
  • Ready to work as an individual contributor or as a team member.
  • Experience in manual testing and test process and documentation
  • Experience in CI / CD Process.
