Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Corporate Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining B2B client relationships, promoting our F&B products / services, and generating corporate sales in alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to corporate client needs. - Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of services. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools. - Attend industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings as required. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. - 2–5 years of proven experience in corporate / B2B sales, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Existing network of corporate clients in the F&B or hospitality industry. - Experience in selling event catering, corporate meal plans, or food delivery services to businesses.What We Offer :
