Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Pune. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, and building relationships to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires traveling to client locations, effective communication, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in tours and travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct presentations and negotiate contracts
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus
• Ability and willingness to travel locally
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
