Job descriptionExperience into end-to-end Non-IT Recruitment with BFSI in India Staffing industry. Must have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in India Staffing industry handling requirements of clients from different domains. Proven experience in recruiting for various technology & non-technical / functional roles including Contract to Hire & Permanent positions. Expertise in utilizing Keywords and Boolean Search techniques for sourcing / screening candidates through resume sourcing platforms, social media, etc. Excellent candidate engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
