US IT Recruiter - Night Shift

Candidates may be required to report to our Chennai office. Remote or hybrid flexibility can be discussed at the time of hiring.)

Shift

Full-time | You may end up working in one of these shift hours

Night Shift aligned to US EST / MST hours

IST 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM = MT 2 : 30 AM 10 : 30 AM

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based IT roles including Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data, and more

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels

Apply Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to identify top talent

Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit and visa / work authorization (W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

Coordinate with U.S. clients and Tier-1 vendors for interview scheduling and feedback

Maintain ATS (e.g., CEIPAL) and provide timely updates on candidate pipeline and submissions

Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and clients across time zones

Required Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment

Strong understanding of visa classifications and hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)

Familiarity with U.S. job boards and sourcing tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work night shifts aligned to U.S. time zones

Self-driven, target-oriented, and deadline-focused

Preferred Skills

Experience in niche hiring (AI / ML, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, ServiceNow)

Background in BPO, customer service, or international client coordination
