Pega Developer - PRPC

Job Description :

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of Pega methodologies and frameworks
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification is preferred
• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications
• Proficiency in Pega PRPC, Pega Workflow, and Pega Decisioning
• Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc) and database management (SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and communication skills for requirement gathering, design thinking sessions and derive DCO sessions.
• Lead development team technically and ensure implementation of Pega best practice.
• Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of user stories as per Pega best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure all compliances with application quality.
• Mandatory certification : Pega CSA & CSSA.
