Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Implementation :
- Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules, specifically Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP).
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design :
Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations and workflows.System Configuration :
Configure and maintain SuccessFactors SPCDP modules, including performance templates, goal plans, development goals, and competency frameworks.Integration & Alignment :
Ensure seamless integration between performance management and career development processes to support talent growth and succession planning.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business strategies.Testing & Training :
Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and provide training and support to end-users during and & Insights :Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance trends and development progress.Continuous Improvement :
Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements or new features to optimize talent Skills & Experience :Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in SPCDP (Succession Planning + CDP).Strong configuration knowledge of PMGM and CDP modules.Solid understanding of talent management processes and HR best practices.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.ref : hirist.tech)
