We are seeking experienced Senior Project Manager with experience in Capital Market securities and services (Cash Financing Solutions) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a combination of seniority, with both leadership qualities and hands-on expertise
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- As a senior Project / Programme Manager role is to manage the Global Cash Financing Solutions book of work & governance across multi time zones.
- Working closely with Global Business Heads and senior Sales / Trading Cash Financing Solutions stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology and Front-to-back support functions across GDM to drive successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Working closely with senior Sales / Trading global and regional partners that utilize the CFS Vesper platform : Markets Treasury (Non-Ring Fenced), Structured Products (SIP), Collateral Operations (Repo and OTC Derivatives)
- Drive successful delivery of business outcomes globally for Cash Financing Solutions and partner value stream / support functions.
- Responsible for all required governance ensuring it is managed, recorded and meets the high standard of a Tier 0 business.
- Co-ordinate and inform front to back across Cash Financing Solutions and partner value stream / control functions stakeholders.
- Work across the full books of work impacting project teams on prioritisation and management of all deliverables within the portfolio .
Required Skills and Experience :
Demonstrable knowledge of Fixed Income Products / Bonds Repo / Fixed Income Prime FinanceHave specifically worked with Global Internal build Fixed Income Trading platformsProven successful track record within the Fixed Income Financing Business delivering F2B programmes across Vesper / Martini and OMER digital execution platforms.Excellent organisational skills, particularly in the context of cross business and cross functional team outcome delivery.Ability to navigate the organisation and personnelWorked on significant transformation activities including internal trading platform builds, balance sheet migrations, new products Regulatory programmes,Ability to influence outside of reporting lineProven track record of effectively resolving issues and conflicts to ensure timely deliveryDemonstrable experience of working in a pressured front office environment.Ability to co-ordinate effectively across geographically dispersed project and stakeholder teams.Ability to work closely with business users and IT staff deliver successful outcomes.Excellent product knowledge and full lifecycle understanding of Repo products, Buy Sell Backs’s / Sell Buy Backs / Loan vs Fee / Stock Loan trades BVB’sExhibits robust judgement, decision making and is resilient to changeStrong problem-solving capability, able to multi-task well under pressure and manage times of ambiguityKnowledge of working using multiple project methodologies / Agile / Waterfall / etc.Ability to drive an agenda and consensus across multi-functional and cross-regional teamsDrive and encourages cross-country and cross-business teamworkCommunicates clearly and concisely ensuring issues are escalated and understoodDrive stakeholders for timely decisions on proposed outcomesAbility to challenge business and IT leads on the do-ability of delivery plansWork in an extremely integrated way with the senior stakeholders in the Front Office (Sales, Trading and Structuring), as well as the Market Risk, Operations Finance.Drives quick decisions based on available data and inputAbility to work to set priorities to meet required objectives through being pro-active and accountable.Ability to operate as a team member who is focused on delivery within tight timescales and conflicting prioritiesHow We Work :
