Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our team to drive the adoption of AI-powered pharma tech solutions across the Indian pharmaceutical market. This role requires a deep understanding of both pharmaceutical industry workflows and the value that AI / ML technologies bring to the sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect, engage, and onboard pharmaceutical companies and healthcare stakeholders for AI-driven products such as predictive analytics platforms, automated drug discovery tools, AI-based compliance & quality systems, and digital lab solutions.
- Understand customer challenges in R&D, production, quality, or compliance and position AI solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and POCs to decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of R&D, QA, Manufacturing, IT, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to ensure client success.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and competitors in the pharma tech domain.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PG in Marketing / Sales is a plus.4- 9 years of experience in tech or pharma B2B sales, preferably in AI / ML, SaaS, or healthtech products.Strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations and regulatory environments (GMP, GxP, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in managing mid-to-long sales cycles and enterprise accounts.Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.Willingness to travel as needed across the territory.Preferred Attributes :
