Job Summary :

We are seeking a Store Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience and strong expertise in SAP to manage and optimize inventory operations for a reputed MNC located in Gandhidham. The role demands a detail-oriented professional with excellent system handling and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including goods receipt, issuance, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain accurate records of stock using SAP MM (Material Management) module.
• Prepare and verify GRNs, MRNs, stock reports, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements for storage and material handling.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for material availability and planning.
• Conduct regular stock audits, FIFO analysis, and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the store area.
• Manage store team and guide them on proper documentation and system entries.
