• Creative Thinking : Ability to devise optimal design solutions that align with the project plan.
• Technical Proficiency in UI / UX : Expertise in tools such as Figma, React, etc.
• Communication / Consultation : This individual should effectively engage with customers on strategy, assess pros and cons, and design and build an appealing UI as requested by the customer. They should provide early feedback and ensure progress is maintained appropriately.
• Collaboration Skills : The candidate needs to work well with other developers and QA testers. Since the team uses Playwright for UI testing, collaboration between multiple team members and customer stakeholders is crucial.
• Adherence to Best Practices : The individual should consistently consider best practices and optimization strategies, such as load times, minimal changes during development, and proactive communication.
