Calibr is a Generative AI powered e-learning platform for modern day organizations. The platform offers a unified Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Learning Management System (LMS) along with a Generative AI enabled course authoring platform. With Calibr, users can create interactive courses, manage employee onboarding and training, access a content library, and track learning progress in real-time.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and simplify technical discussions with SMEs
• Write clear, engaging scripts for e-learning and video content
• Create detailed, instructionally sound storyboards
• Communicate effectively with SMEs and internal teams
• Lead and manage SME calls independently

What We’re Looking For :

Location : Remote (India)

Monthly Compensation : Rs.35,000 - Rs.50,000

Duration : 5 - 6 Months (Contract)
