About the Role
We are looking for a creative Instructional Designer to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis . You will play a key role in transforming complex content into engaging learning experiences, contributing to the success of learners across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and visually driven storyboards for online learning modules.
- Convert raw video content into structured learning experiences aligned with instructional goals.
- Collaborate with video editors and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Apply instructional design principles to improve learner comprehension, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews of videos and related learning assets.
- Manage and update content within the Learning Management System (LMS) .
- Create summary decks and review closed captions for accuracy and clarity.
- Communicate effectively across design, learning, and editorial teams.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience in instructional design for digital or blended learning.Demonstrated ability to visualize concepts and create storyboards for educational content.Familiarity with video-based and mobile-first learning formats.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools , especially PowerPoint.Proven track record of working effectively in agile or collaborative team environments .Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.Certifications in Instructional Design or eLearning are a plus.Experience working in corporate L&D or higher education settings.Ability to simplify technical content into learner-friendly formats.What We’re Looking For
