Requirements

Qualification : - MBA- Marketing / IB (Graduate- any engineering stream)

Experience : - 0 to 6 months

Position objective : - Revenue generation, Lead generation, Cold calling

Shift : US Shift (WFO)-Monday to Friday

Key functional area :

  • Generation of qualified leads through various sources
  • Cold calling
  • Appointment setting with decision maker / s of the organization
  • Knowledge of CRM

Key responsibilities :

  • Cold calling, campaigning, bulk emailing, social networking etc.
  • Achieving monthly / quarterly targets for lead generation
  • Handle the initial level of calls with decision makers

    • Personal attributes :

  • Outstanding communication skills in verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator.
  • Good sales acumen, knowledge of CRM.
  • A go-getter, detail & result oriented.
  • Excellent internet / web research capability.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and take initiatives accordingly
  • A person with high energy levels and openness to learn new things.
