Manager Project Managment

Overview :

A global industrial manufacturer is seeking a strong leader to manage project execution and customer delivery for complex, engineering-to-order (ETO) products. This role oversees a team of project managers, engineers, and coordinators, ensuring top-tier service to customers in the power, oil, and gas markets. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, customer focus, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for project delivery, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Ensure end-to-end project execution from order intake to customer acceptance.
• Maintain alignment with commercial, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality teams.
• Oversee contract management, change orders, and project scope control.
• Monitor and balance team workload, capacity, and performance.
• Support talent development, training, and retention within the team.
• Collaborate on customer communications, including technical reviews and inspections.
• Lead project billing and partner with finance for cash collection.
• Travel to customer or internal sites as required.
