Overview :
A global industrial manufacturer is seeking a strong leader to manage project execution and customer delivery for complex, engineering-to-order (ETO) products. This role oversees a team of project managers, engineers, and coordinators, ensuring top-tier service to customers in the power, oil, and gas markets. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership, customer focus, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for project delivery, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Ensure end-to-end project execution from order intake to customer acceptance.
- Maintain alignment with commercial, engineering, supply chain, finance, and quality teams.
- Oversee contract management, change orders, and project scope control.
- Monitor and balance team workload, capacity, and performance.
- Support talent development, training, and retention within the team.
- Collaborate on customer communications, including technical reviews and inspections.
- Lead project billing and partner with finance for cash collection.
- Travel to customer or internal sites as required.
Ideal Background :
12+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role within global companies.Strong background in Project Management or Project Engineering in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Experience in engineering-to-order or make-to-order environments required.Experience working with Western / European clients and a global mindset.Demonstrated success leading diverse teams and improving operational results.Strong communication, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Fluent in English, with clarity in verbal and written communication.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.MBA preferred; PMP certification is a plus.Confidentiality Notice :
