Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Data Scientist / Gen AI Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Data Science and Generative AI projects. This hybrid role requires deep technical expertise in machine learning, Gen AI frameworks, and data science methodologies, coupled with proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, manage, and deliver AI / ML and Gen AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Utilize hands-on experience in ServiceNow (SNOW) or other IT ticketing systems to track and manage project tasks and support issues.
• Build and deploy solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, Chatbots, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications.
• Manage and review machine learning models using techniques such as logistic regression, supervised learning, and unsupervised learning.
• Evaluate model performance and ensure robustness through methods like hallucination detection, adversarial robustness, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Tackle data challenges such as missing value treatment, imbalanced datasets, and data preprocessing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Gen AI, model evaluation metrics, and frameworks such as LangChain, HuggingFace, and vector databases.
• Drive adoption of best practices in AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring for performance degradation and retraining strategies.
• Act as a key point of contact for project planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
