Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role :

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at GBSI, youll be at the heart of our mission to build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure systems. You will play a key role in enhancing infrastructure resilience and performance while ensuring minimal downtime for critical services. We are looking for a passionate technologist who takes full ownership of their work, thrives in dynamic environments, and is driven by a growth mindset.

What You'll Do :

• Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployment cycles.
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues across services.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system stability and efficient deployment workflows.
• Champion best practices in cloud security, system observability, and fault tolerance.
