Role : HR Business Partner
We are looking for a hands-on and high-energy HR Business Partner who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to take end-end ownership across HR operations, business partnering, recruitment, reporting, and other strategic or ad-hoc initiatives.
This is a key managerial role for someone looking to create impact, streamline processes, and grow with the organization. Role will require to work closely with the senior management team. This is a Work from Office role with no hybrid opportunity.
Key responsibilities :
Business HR
- Act as a strategic HR partner to team managers, supporting talent planning
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, performance reviews, and retention initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong, inclusive workplace culture
Talent Acquisition
Manage and mentor the TA team; take charge of mid to senior-level hiring.Partner with department heads to forecast and fulfill talent needs.Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience strategy.Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for roles across teams / clients.Build a pipeline of talent through proactive outreach and networking.HR Reporting and Analytics
Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards : headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, diversity, etc.Analyze trends and provide insights to support data-backed decision-making.Support resource planning and budgeting activities.HR operations and Payroll
Oversee day-to-day HR operations : onboarding, employee records, payroll inputs, compliance, exit processes.Responsible for complete employee life cycleMaintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.Full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursals.Handle statutory filings including PF, ESI, and other compliances, and maintain up-to-date HR recordsPerformance Reviews
Manage the performance review process to ensure timing probation & annual reviews.Collaborate with team managers for review feedback, goal setting and improvement plans.Team Management
Lead and develop the HR / TA team; set clear goals and review performance.Provide coaching and guidance to ensure alignment and deliveryPreferred candidate profile
Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to take ownership and work across multiple functions.Previous experience or understanding of the financial sector is a plus.Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup or entrepreneurial environment.This is a Work from office role with no Hybrid opportunity.
