The Role :

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead and grow the property law division managing an existing portfolio of clients on a range of commercial and residential property transactions including :

• Advising on leases and complex property transactions.
• Preparation of leases and property sale documents.
• Land sub-division and off the plan purchase work.
• General advice regarding property transactional work.

About You :

You are a driven, commercially-minded lawyer with 8+ years PAE and a strong track record in managing complex property transactions. Apart from your technical skills, the firm values soft skills that drive client communication and business development. Your ability to generate additional client activities will be crucial and the ability to bring / referral network is highly desirable, as is your ability to supervise and mentor your team of lawyers and support staff.
