Executive - HVAC

Job descriptionDesigning HVAC systems that meet industry standards and regulations while ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC solutions into airport infrastructure projects Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety Responding to emergency HVAC repair requests and resolving issues promptly to minimize disruptions Documenting all HVAC maintenance activities and maintaining accurate records of system performance Providing technical guidance and support to junior HVAC technicians and contractors Staying updated on industry advancements and integrating innovative HVAC technologies when applicable Should have knowledge of Ashrae and Ishrae Standards. Should have knowledge of Building NBC standards and worked on more than 5000 TR Chillar System and hands-on in troubleshooting of HVAC related complaints.
Education Qualification :
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Specialized HVAC certifications and training
- 12-15 years of experience in HVAC systems within the Airline and Airport industry
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems
