A leading electrical industry is looking for HVAC Technician to join our electrical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration systems that support production and facility operations. The technician will ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in compliance with safety standards and energy efficiency protocols within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Install inspect maintain and repair HVAC systems across manufacturing and administrative areas.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of HVAC systems (compressors motors fans sensors thermostats control panels etc.).
Monitor and adjust systems for energy efficiency and process stability.
Work with clean room and climate-controlled environments specific to electrical / electronic production.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Maintain logs and records of inspections maintenance activities and system performance.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to support temperature-sensitive processes.
Ensure compliance with local state and federal HVAC codes and safety standards.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide after-hours support when required.
Requirements
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical diploma required.
Working knowledge of electrical systems and controls related to HVAC operations.
EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
Ability to read technical drawings schematics and service manuals.
Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs work at heights and operate in confined spaces.
