Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Palghat for a Customer Service Representative at Wings Of Care. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, scheduling appointments and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Must be genuine, dependable and punctual to work
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings
- Verify patient information and ensure accurate data entry into medical records
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments
- Communicate effectively with medical staff to coordinate schedules
- Resolve patient concerns or escalate them as needed to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with all privacy and confidentiality regulations
