About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to lead our Business Development (BD) initiatives in the US market . This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in selling Virtual Assistant or Marketing services to US-based businesses .
You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, working during US hours (night shift in India) to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the business development pipeline for the US market.
- Identify, reach out to, and nurture leads through strategic outreach (, cold emails, calls, etc.).
- Develop customized pitches and proposals to convert prospects into clients.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of BD activity using CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent ConnectedStars with professionalism and credibility during client interactions.
Requirements
4–8 years of proven experience in business development or sales, especially for Virtual Assistant , BPO , or Digital Marketing services targeting US-based clients .Willingness and ability to work night shifts (US time zones) .Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative selling style.Comfortable using sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator).Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.Excellent written and spoken English is a must.What We Offer
