Manager - Business Finance Financial Leadership :

Required 8-10 Years of Experience of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion in a business partnering or financial management role within a dynamic organization.

Leadership & Influence : Proven experience in leading and influencing cross-functional, global teams and senior stakeholders.

Financial Expertise : Strong background in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Business Operations Understanding : Solid understanding of business operations and how finance functions integrate to drive overall company Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Analytical Skills : Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
