What you'll own

• Set up structured financial systems to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and controls.
• Track key performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Work closely with the founder to shape pricing, monitor burn, and optimize cost levers.
• Lead budgeting cycles and ensure forward visibility on cash flow and financial projections.
• Build fundraising materials and maintain financial clarity for due diligence and decks.
• Manage payouts, reconciliations, and cash allocation to extend runway and maintain flow.
• Deliver monthly reports with performance breakdowns and data that drives next steps.
