About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Admission Counselor to join our Admissions & Outreach team at Tribhuvan College. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end admissions, team handling, and school outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Student Counseling & Conversion

Handle inbound / outbound admission inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online channels

Guide students and parents through the admission process

Ensure quality follow-ups and achieve monthly admission targets

Team Handling

Supervise and support a team of Junior Counselors

Monitor daily productivity and lead performance reviews

Train new team members as needed

School Outreach & Relationship Management

Coordinate with schools for permission to conduct seminars and activities

Represent the college in schools and education fairs

Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals and counselors

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain student databases, reports, and conversion trackers

Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth lead flow and execution

Qualifications & Requirements :

Min. 2–4 years of experience in admissions or student counseling (preferably in higher education)

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Confident, smart, and well-presented personality

Strong follow-up and closure skills

Willing to travel locally for school outreach (bike preferred)
