About the Projects :
The incumbent will be supporting key initiatives within the Digital Business at HDFC Securities :
- Customer Segmentation & Campaigns :
- A strategic initiative aimed at identifying customer segments to tailor marketing efforts specifically for the monetization of Equity (MTF) and F&O business.
- Key Insights & Reporting :
- A project focused on leveraging data analytics to derive actionable insights that enhance monetization strategies in Equity and F&O markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth customer segmentation studies to identify distinct groups interested in Equity and F&O products.Analyse campaign performance metrics related to Equity and F&O offerings, providing insights on customer engagement and conversion rates.Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry players to uncover opportunities for growth in the Equity and F&O sectors.Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform strategies for product enhancements and new offerings.Desired Skills :
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., funnel optimization, CAC, LTV) and customer behaviour analytics, particularly for financial products.Understanding of some analytics platforms such as CleverTap, Adobe Analytics, or data visualization tools like Power BI / Tableau.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas); knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.Ability to organize, analyse, and present data insights in a structured, visually compelling manner.Knowledge of the stock market or an interest in investing / trading is a plus.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Pursuing or completed undergraduate / postgraduate studies in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA preferred), Data Science, or related fields.Demonstrated interest in the monetization of financial products, particularly in Equity and F&O markets.Comfortable working in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.Eager to learn about customer segmentation, campaign strategies, and data-driven decision-making in the financial sector.
