Job Overview :
As the Brand Manager our D2C vertical you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence across online and offline platforms. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new sales channels. This role combines operational expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Lead, inspire, and manage a cross-functional team to deliver on brand objectives.
- Execution Excellence : Implement strategies and initiatives assigned by the Brand Head and senior management, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Sales Channel Development : Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with new online and offline points of sale, ensuring brand alignment and market expansion.
- Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure all brand touchpoints adhere to Alive and Well’s luxury standards.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (experience in the luxury / premium segment preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven track record in successfully managing online and offline sales channels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.Why Join Us?
