- The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for direct client engagement, closing high-value deals, and driving business expansion . This role requires meeting potential clients, managing relationships, and ensuring continuous business growth by converting leads and identifying new opportunities .
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients directly to present solutions and close deals.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.Expand into new companies by identifying and securing new business opportunities.Ensure regular follow-ups and customer engagement to strengthen business ties.Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and deal closures .Drive business growth strategies by analyzing market trends and client needs.Qualifications & Skills
4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cold chain, logistics, or industrial sectors .Strong negotiation, client management, and business development skills.Proven track record of closing high-value deals and expanding market reach .Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Field Executives.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills .Self-motivated with a strategic approach to sales and expansion .Performance Metrics (KPIs)
