Job descriptionCollaborate with designers, architects, data and software engineers to clarify requirements and implement solutions. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with APIs, web-based applications, SQL, and data models to effectively analyse and design solutions. Discuss alternatives, cost-benefit, trade-offs and make informed recommendations to ensure solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives are delivered on time and budget. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with users and stakeholders for feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Communicate progress, issues, and solutions effectively. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates. Mentor junior team members. Create and maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible. Provide training and support to end-users. Lead communication within the project team and across stakeholders and endusers. Utilize advanced process modelling techniques to develop detailed process models and workflows. Implement process improvement frameworks to systematically identify and address inefficiencies in business processes. The ideal candidates will demonstrate : Solid knowledge in SQL / database / relation data is a must-have. Experience with APIs and web-based applications is a must-have. A minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, capturing functional and non-functional requirements for complex Euromonitor International Page 3 data-driven solutions, translating those into stories with clearly defined Acceptance Criteria and Testing cases, and delivering those with a team of software engineers. Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies. Ability to produce highquality documentation and artifacts to support stakeholders and team to understand the requirements. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, deal with ambiguity and conflicting interests of different stakeholders. Experience with Azure DevOps. Experience with Data Visualization tools, preferably Power BI. Excellent communication skills and organisational skills. Oral and written fluency in English. Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field. A master's degree is a plus Skills / Proficiencies required Hands-on experience with APIs, Web-based applications, SQL Data models to effectively analyse Design solutions
