Lead IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Lead IT business analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and will work closely with our development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of work experience.

4+ years of experience in business analysis.

Relevant certifications in business analysis or related fields are a plus.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES :

Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript (ES6+).

Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies.

Experience with data analysis and interpretation.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience with creating and maintaining project documentation.

Knowledge of user acceptance testing ( UAT ) processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.

Develop and maintain detailed business and functional requirements.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.

Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.

Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
