We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Trainee to support our HR SSC team in executing accurate and timely payroll processes. The trainee will work closely with the payroll team and gain exposure to end-to-end payroll cycles, compliance, audits, and employee query management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in processing payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and salary components
- Help in checking monthly payroll reports and supporting documents
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation
- Support in responding to employee payroll-related queries
- Assist in maintaining and updating payroll records and employee files
- Help in preparing reports for internal / external audits
- Support in automation and process improvement initiatives
Who Can Apply :
Education : B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or HR Specialization)Experience : Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experienceSkills :Basic knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliancesProficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)Good analytical and numerical skillsAttention to detail and time managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience : Fresher
Stipend (Trainee) : ₹18,000 per month (CTC : ₹2.26 LPA)
Trainee Period : 1 Year
Post-Traineeship (FTE) : Starting Salary ₹3.36 LPA (₹22,000 per month after PF & PT deductions)
