8+ years of experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications solutions
Advanced experience in designing, configuring and supporting Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure (CUCM, CUC, SME and IMP)
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Dial Plan design and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Cisco Webex and Webex Calling (Dedicated Instance) Platform including connectivity and trunking
Strong Knowledge of Cisco Voice Gateways, CUBE, and Protocols (SIP, H.323 and MGCP)
Solid analytical skills which result in sound decisions, solutions, and recommendations
Expertise in Technical documentation (System design documentations, HLD, LLD and Visio network diagrams
Strong troubleshooting skills accompanying creating thinking to resolve complex issues.
Must possess excellent customer service, follow up and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills complemented by proven expertise in relationship building.
Understanding of Change Management, ITIL standard methodologies and processes
Knowledge of Networking technologies (Switches, Routers, F5 load balancers, DNS, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, QoS)
Experience with manufacturer / vendor support (raising cases, escalating)
Knowledge of Python programming and SQL database queries
Knowledge of IPC Unigy Trading Platform / Unigy Soft Turret is a plus
Knowledge of Verint Voice Recording architecture, configuration, and user management is a plus
Knowledge of MS Teams administration is a plus
