Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books)
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable / receivable
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, etc.

Requirements :

Preferred : Experience in a similar industry or environment
