Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary

With the advent of the new electric vehicle within the ecosystem, innovative insurance

products becomes pivotal

PnL ownership of the business, Identify new products, capabilities and partnerships to grow the

business

Own the GTM for various product & services and drive execution excellence to achieve OFS’s

strategic vision

Drive strategic innovation across the business (including product, marketing & operations) and

pursue them to foster business growth

Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and vendors to ensure smooth business

operations and delivery of products & services.

Ensure that the organization’s operational policies are compliant with all regulatory

requirements

Experience :

• years of overall experience in managing PnL (or consulting background) in a fast paced

environment.

6+ years of experience in Insurance space

Educational Qualifications :

B Tech, MBA from premier institute.

Key competencies :

Strong customer orientation and ability to partner with businesses and form good working

relationships

Ability to work independently, lead team and contribute to cross-functional teams when needed

Thrives on working in a fast-paced, high pressure, entrepreneurial environment

Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve business

strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

Passion for Results : High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence.

Product grasp - Capable of taking business metrics, breaking them into investment areas, and

leading thought in these areas
