Key Responsibilities :
Agency Recruitment & Development :
- Identify and recruit new agents for the agency distribution channel to expand the team.
- Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure agents are well-trained in product offerings, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Sales Target Achievement :
Drive and support agents in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Work closely with the team to increase premium collection, new business acquisition, and market penetration.Collaborate with agents to design customized solutions for clients based on their insurance needs.Team Leadership & Management :
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and ensure agents are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance.Business Development :
Identify new business opportunities and prospects to increase the agency's market share.Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.Develop strategies for expanding the customer base, focusing on the long-term sustainability of the business.Customer Satisfaction :

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.Prepare regular reports on agency performance, sales figures, and market trends.Monitor and track compliance with legal and ethical standards in sales activities.Market Analysis & Strategy Development :
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to position the agency's offerings competitively.Stay updated with changes in the insurance industry, products, and regulations.Qualifications & Skills :
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
Experience in agency development or sales management is a plus.Skills & Competencies :
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of agents.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with agents, customers, and stakeholders.Solid understanding of insurance products and the distribution process.Ability to think strategically and develop effective business plans.High level of sales acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Proficient in MS Office and basic understanding of CRM software.Key Attributes :
