Service Advisor

What you will do

We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Prestons dealership. You'll be the crucial link between our workshop and customers, ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and high-quality service delivery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Managing and scheduling repair bookings for customers
• Handling service related queries from customers
• Creating job cards and assisting with customer invoicing and purchase orders
• Updating customers and rebooking appointments for follow up or repairs
• Ensuring Technicians have completed repair order information by checking stories, parts, kilometres etc.
• Confirming customers or drivers have signed repair orders to authorise repairs
• Ensuring vehicles are road tested and acceptable in presentation to present back to customers
