Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Source and vet high-quality candidates for technical roles (backend, ML, full-stack, etc.)
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process : screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Collaborate with founders and engineering leads to understand role requirements
- Experiment with outreach strategies to attract top-tier talent from leading institutes and early-stage startups
- Maintain and improve our recruitment pipeline, documentation, and tools
Qualifications
