Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and expertise in utilizing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, with a focus on Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Work on multiple mandates at the same time, each with a different deadline.
  • Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs.
  • Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 years experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably for tech roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates using Naukri and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and IT industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience multi-tasking in a high-tech environment.
