Reimagine Whats Possible PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is accountable for the following :

Engineering / Procurement / Construction Data Management : Working knowledge.

Requirements Gathering : Document business requirements to ensure value-add and meet client objectives.

Omega365 Configuration : Working knowledge.

Development : Assist in developing new functionality, creating bug fixes, and implementing changes to Omega365 applications and interfaces.

Testing : Assist in creating a testing strategy and ensure all functionality is tested prior to production deployment.

Design Discussions and Code Reviews : Actively participate.

Agile Methodology : Understand and provide guidance on Agile methodology and project execution approaches.

Service Delivery : Deliver and maintain existing services, resolve incidents, manage problems, meet SLAs, and provide rotational on-call coverage.

Documentation : Document all customer requirements through all stages of the implementation process and assist in implementation.

Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing : Perform these tests.

Solution Delivery Methodology : Follow throughout the implementation.

User Training : Conduct user training and prepare role-specific training manuals.

Integration Solutions : Work with integration consultants of other systems to develop implementation and integration solutions for client-specific requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

This position requires strong knowledge and skills in the following areas :

Degree : Bachelors degree in a technical discipline such as computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in Omega365.

Good to have : Knowledge of Primavera, Deltek Acumen Risk.

Data Analytics Tools : Working experience in tools like QlikSense, DevExpress, and REST APIs a plus.

Project Management & Controls : Knowledge of Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Controls a plus.

EPC Industry : Knowledge of the EPC industry a plus.

Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions. Strong Excel knowledge.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-management skills : Ability to deliver with minimal supervision.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Certifications : Project Management certifications a plus.
