Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client business needs, organizational culture, and specific job requirements. Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Candidate Sourcing & Management : Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, referrals) to identify and attract top talent. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Provide career guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate expectations and maintain consistent communication. Recruitment Process Management : Prepare compelling candidate profiles and present them to clients. Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations. Ensure a smooth onboarding transition for placed candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the ATS / CRM system. Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence. Contribute to market research and analysis to inform recruitment strategies. Business Development (if applicable) : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Engage in networking activities to build a professional presence.
